MEMBERSHIP
Membership to the website is initiated upon the completion of the registration process by the individual wishing to become a user and place orders. This process requires providing the necessary contact and identification information. Membership is completed only upon approval of the registration by us. Without completing this process, individuals are not granted the rights or authority to use the site as a user or to place orders.
To become a member, individuals must be of legal age and must not be temporarily suspended or permanently banned from membership by us.
Completion of the registration process by individuals who are underage or who have been suspended or permanently banned will not result in valid membership.

ORDERS AND TRACKING
By placing an order on the website, the customer is deemed to have read and accepted all product-related information, including specifications, features, VAT-inclusive prices, payment and delivery conditions, as well as procurement and delivery times.

Upon delivery, you must inspect your package and ensure that the items match your order, are complete, and free of defects.
Once the package is received, it is considered that the delivery company has fulfilled its duty properly. Therefore, any packages found to be damaged at the time of delivery should be refused, and a report should be issued by the courier.
For matters not covered in this agreement, the provisions of the Law on the Protection of Consumers No. 4077 shall apply.
You can track the status of your order by logging into your account and checking your profile.
All orders are delivered with a waybill invoice as required by law.
Payments are made in Turkish Lira (TRY); other currencies shown are for informational purposes only.

PAYMENT
Our website supports payments via credit card (Visa, MasterCard) or bank transfer. Orders not paid within one week will be cancelled.
Processing of orders begins not at the time of order placement, but when the credit card charge is authorized or when the bank transfer is confirmed in our accounts.
To ensure the security of your credit card information, 3D Secure payment authentication is used. Credit card details are not stored in our system.
During payment, you may be redirected to your bank’s secure page for authentication.

RETURN POLICY
Products may be returned within 8 business days from the date of delivery, provided they are accompanied by the invoice and a note stating the reason for return.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
If the invoice for the product is issued to a company, the return must be accompanied by a return invoice issued by the same company. This return invoice must include only the product price and VAT (excluding shipping). Returns without a return invoice for company-billed orders will not be accepted.

General return conditions are as follows:

  • Returns must be made with the original packaging or box.
  • Returns of products that are damaged, not in resalable condition, or unsuitable for resale will not be accepted.
  • The original invoice (all copies) must be included with the returned product.
  • If the return is due to a product or company-related fault, return shipping costs will be covered by us. In such cases, returns must be shipped via UPS. In all other cases, the return shipping cost is borne by the customer.
  • For products that may have compatibility issues, customers should consult our technical support team before placing an order.
  • Refunds for products confirmed to be authentic by us will be processed within 30 days.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Order processing and delivery commence upon confirmation of payment.
Unless otherwise stated, shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Domestic deliveries within Turkey are made via UPS, while international deliveries are handled by PTT International Cargo.
Products will be dispatched within the business days specified on the website after payment is confirmed.
VAT is included in the listed prices and is calculated according to applicable legal requirements based on product type.

WARRANTY
GlobeScout products are covered by a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects.
Do not accept products that are incomplete or defective at the time of delivery.
Issues reported after delivery, such as shipping-related damage, are not covered by warranty.
Defects resulting from user error are also not covered under warranty.
